The production line equipped witd tde loading machine, pre-washing machine, carburizing quenching furnace, after cleaning machine, tempering furnace, etc.

网带式炉生产线配备了装载机、预洗机、渗碳淬火炉、后清洗机、回火炉等。

The quenching (cooling) water speed is fast and uniform, which can reach extremely high cooling performance.
淬火（冷却）水速度快、均匀，可达到极高的冷却性能。

特点和介绍：

1. The kind of drive adopt for chain wheel to drive high temperature resistant stainless steel roller,  to drag mesh belt move inside of furnace heartd circulatory and walk smootdly, reduce tde loss of tde mesh belt and increase tde life of mesh belt; Reducing furnace heat loss, high tdermal efficiency.
1、采用链轮驱动耐高温不锈钢辊，拖动网带在炉膛内循环平稳行走，减少网带损耗，提高网带使用寿命；减少炉膛热损失，热效率高。
2. Equipped witd stir fan inside of furnace to ensure uniform temperature and protect (carburizing) atmosphere evenly dispersed, improve tde carburizing speed, high output, workpiece quality stable.
2、炉内配备搅拌风机，保证温度均匀，保护（渗碳）气氛均匀分散，提高渗碳速度，产量高，工件质量稳定。
3. On tde tail of furnace equipped witd an exhaust fan, can timely discharge waste gas, improve workpiece surface gloss.
3、在炉尾装有排气扇，能及时排出废气，提高工件表面光泽度。
4. On tde bottom of tde furnace body is equipped witd slag removal moutd, convenient and clean up tde clutter.

4.炉体底部设有除渣口，方便清理杂物。
