荧光粉氢气还原炉是由洛阳西格马高温电炉生产的高温氢气气氛炉，该荧光粉氢气还原炉高温度可高达1700℃。采用氧化铝纤维作为炉膛材料，以钼丝作为加热元件，炉门板中嵌有冷却水管，以保证工作时的密封性能。水冷系统可以辅助电炉降温。气体经过流量计后由后膛进出，有多处洗炉膛进气口、出气口处有燃烧嘴，可以预抽真空并能通氢气、氩气、氮气、氧气、一氧化碳、氨分解气等气体。

The high temperature of the hydrogen reduction furnace can reach 1700 ℃. Alumina fiber is used as furnace material, molybdenum wire is used as heating element, and cooling water pipe is embedded in furnace door plate to ensure sealing performance during operation. The water cooling system can assist the furnace to cool down. After passing through the flow meter, the gas enters and exits from the rear chamber. There are several furnace washing inlets and combustion nozzles at the gas inlet and outlet, which can pre vacuum and pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia decomposition gas and other gases.
