SGM CF24-12落地式灰吹炉设计温度为1200°C,炉膛尺寸为;H200 x W250 x D340 mm。加热元件允许在1200°C下连续运行。可容纳24个8号杯或32个6号杯。
When undertaking the test, hazardous, corrosive fumes are created, to protect the operator these are extracted by an exhaust duct and collected, a container can remove condensed lead. The Silicon carbide lined roof and hearth preserve the heating elements and resist the corrosive fumes emitted during the cupellation process. The elements are mounted in the top and bottom of the chamber giving uniform heating of cupels; an observation hole is included on the door.

温控安装在炉体面板上,观察直观,调节方便;温控系统采用日本岛电或厦门宇电电智能温控仪表,30段/50段程序控温系统,程序控温系统,PID方式调节温度,可以设置30段升降温程序,具有软启动、软关断、可控硅移相调压控制,0~98%输出可调节,面板上各种仪表开关等有相应的标牌等。 操作安全、方便、快捷。
The electrical components are integrated with the furnace body, and the whole electrical components are installed on one side of the furnace body, with compact structure and small space. The control circuit is cooled by the cooling fan.电气元件部分采用与炉体一体化结构,整个电气元件安装在炉体的一侧,结构紧凑、占用空间小。控制电路由冷却风扇散热。
